Financing Options and Information
Fees & Flexible Payment Options
Dental care represents a wise investment in your physical and psychological well being, as well as your appearance. Whether it's maintaining your optimal oral health or aesthetic improvements, we can help you reach your goals by phasing your treatment to stay comfortable within your lifestyle.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Full payment is required at the time of treatment, unless other arrangements have been made with us.
We welcome a variety of payment options:
- Cash / Check
- Debit/ATM cards
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
If your fee for treatment is over $500.00 we offer affordable financing options. You may choose a 12 or 18 month interest-free payment plan or an extended payment plan with interest for up to 24 months. The short credit application may be completed online or in our office and you will have a decision in minutes. We work with two dental financing companies, CareCredit and Chase Health Advance. They offer several extended payments plans, with low interest or with no interest. Visit them online or ask us for an application for their dental financing.
- Care Credit
- Chase Health Advance
For patients with dental insurance we are glad to be able to help you maximize your policy benefits. We'd be happy to estimate your coverage prior to your appointment. Please call with any questions.
We work with most dental insurance plans offered by employers in our area and we're a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier Plan. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, however, we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.
Dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. The benefits you receive depend on the policy your employer has negotiated and are not necessarily based on assuring that you achieve a high quality result. We realize this can be confusing and complex. We will assist you in filing claims to help you to maximize the reimbursement to which you are entitled. We will process all insurance company forms. The amount of compensation you receive is dependent upon your coverage plan and specifics. Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by most dental insurance policies; however, partial benefits may be available if teeth are broken or have previous dental fillings, bonding or crowns.
If you have any questions related to fee payment, dental financing, your insurance plan or benefits, please call Kathy or Megan at our office. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
